The facade of the villa is partly ventilated and lined with stone and thermally insulated with 8 cm of mineral wool; it is partly insulated with 8 cm thick styrofoam and a silicate finish. GROUND FLOOR: 214.58 m2 On the ground floor of the villa there is a wide entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, large living room with access to the terrace and a fenced garden decorated with plants and automatic watering.
FLOOR: 191.80m2 Upstairs is: - large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, separate wardrobe, terrace - two children's rooms (one room has its own terrace), which share a shared bathroom-guest room with en suite
ROOF TERRACE: 161 , 97m2 On the roof terrace we have a passable and impassable part. In the passable part there is a space for a kitchen, a dining table, a space for a hydromassage pool and a sun deck. Technical equipment and solar collectors are located on the impassable part of the roof.
