Located at the very end of the Istrian peninsula, immersed in the blue - green sea creating a magnificent view. Its 30 kilometers of coastline, untouched bays and beaches, uninhabited islands, unique flora and breathtaking landscapes, make it unique. Its sea is one of the cleanest in the Mediterranean. Among them are 20 species of orchids, some of which are endemic. In front of Cape Kamenjak rises Porer, a lighthouse built in 1833, on a cliff 80 meters wide, where today can stay those who want peace and a unique experience of Robinson vacation. Premantura with extremely clean sea and winds that love its shores, is a paradise for windsurfers, while its seabed rich in fish, shoals, underwater cliffs and sunken ships lures every diver. Only 500 meters from the sea and beautiful beaches, this family house is located in a quiet and well-preserved village. The house was built in 1972 and has so far served as an ideal family home. The house consists of a ground floor and first floor, and a garden and yard where various types of Mediterranean vegetation are planted. The house is entered through a landscaped garden with three private parking spaces. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, toilet and living room, while on the first floor there is a hallway and two bedrooms.
